Nara Shikamaru - 13 years old, commander of the New Konoha resistance force!
This is Shikamaru post-timeskip in my fanfic Journey of the Three Failures [link] . Though in fact somewhere around chuunin level, he is recognized for his brilliance and dubbed the "Hakage," or Leaf Shadow, of New Leaf. Leading it in the struggle against New Sound and self-appointed Fifth Hokage, Orochimaru, Shikamaru's been forced to put a life of laziness behind him...
The kanji on the sash is 'ha,' ่, leaf. The thing on his back is meant to be a conical straw hat (though you can't see in this pic) fashioned into an imitation of the a kage hat, but will have 'Leaf' on it instead of 'Fire.' The green shoulder pads and their straps are leather, while the things hanging from them are metal plates meant to protect the sides of the arms. The arm guard is metal, and the handguards leather.
I'll probably do a pic of him with Chouji, Sakura, Kiba, Anko, and maybe Hanabi, Iruka, and a few others eventually.
